Sober coaching is regular one-on-one support focused on your relationship with alcohol and other substances. There are no required steps to recite and no single definition of success you have to sign up for. We work from your goals and your life, and we keep adjusting as both change.
Sessions are practical and forward-looking. We look at what is driving the patterns you want to change and build supports around the moments you already know are hard. Between sessions, you have a clear plan and someone to check in with.
